Microchip Technology Inc has reported third quarter net up 399.1% at $5.8m on turnover up 64.9% at $37.6m; net profit for the nine months was up 417.7% at $12.2m on turnover that rose 51.6% to $97.7m. Net earnings per share, adjusted for a two-for-one split in September, rose 242% to $0.41 in the quarter, 264% to $0.91 in the nine months.
