Comdial Corp has reported fourth quarter net profits up 8589.5% at $1.7m on turnover up 24% at $20m; net profit for the year to December 31 was up 173.3% at $2.4m including a gain of $791,000 last time on the sale of operations, on turnover that fell 0.6% to $65.1m. Net earnings per share were $0.09 in the quarter, 225% to $0.13 in the year.
