E-Systems Inc reported fourth quarter net profit up 8.9% at $31.9m on turnover off 5.6% at $523.6m; net profit for the year to December 31 was $121.9m against losses last time of $69.5m, which included a $178.5m charge from an accounting change, on turnover up just 0.1% to $2,097.1m. Net per share, up 6% to $0.93 in the quarter, was $3.58 in the year.
