Xicor Inc has reported a fourth quarter net loss of $1.5m, down from a loss last time of $7.2m on turnover up 9.4% at $32.8m; net losses for the year to December 31 were $5.8m, down from a loss last time of $29.5m, which included a restructuring charge of $8m, on turnover up 12.3% to $104.4m.
