Emulex Corp has reported a third quarter net loss of $96,000, after losses of $408,000 from discontinued operations, down from a loss of $1.5m last time that included a gain of $1.9m from discontinued operations, on turnover up 30.3% at $16.2m; net loss for the nine months was $16.0m, after charges of $3.2m for restructuring and $1.5m related to partial write-down of goodwill, and losses of $7.5m from discontinued operations, against a profit last time of $2.7m, on turnover up 8.0% to $43.2m.
