Retix Inc has reported first quarter net profits of $327,000, against a loss last time $5.0m, which included a $3.6m charge for litigation and a gain of $204,000 from cumulative effect of an accounting change, on turnover that rose 19.1% to $18.0m. Net per share was $0.02. The figures include those of Calios Inc from its acquisition in March. Comparisons are with figures that have been restated.
