Syntellect Inc has reported a fourth quarter net loss of $10.9m after a restructuring charge of $8.8m and a loss of $305,000 from the disposal of assets, against profits of $873,000 last time, on turnover down 17% at $10.4m; net loss for the year to December 31 was $11.4m after a $310,000 charge from disposal of assets, against profits last time of $221,000, on turnover that rose 8.6% to $43.7m.
