Ultratech Stepper Inc has reported fourth quarter net profits up 321.3% at $1.7m on turnover up 62.4% at $16.4m; net for the year to December 31 was up 337.4% at $4.1m on turnover that rose 53.3% to $54.1m. Net per share was $0.23 in the quarter.
