Micron Technology Inc has reported that third quarter net profits soared 254% to $104.3m on turnover that rose 98.4% at $426.4m; net profit for the nine months jumped 527.4% at $258.6m on sales up 117.7% at $1,137m. Net per share leaped 241% at $0.99 in the quarter, 505% to $2.48 in the nine months.
