Comdisco Inc has reported second quarter net profits up 14.3% at $24.0m on turnover down 0.2% at $529.0m; mid-term net fell 22.9% to $47.0m, against a period that included a $20m gain from the cumulative effect of an accounting change, on sales down 3.3% at $1,065.0m. Net per share rose 15% to $0.55 in the quarter, and fell 24% to $1.09 in the half.
