Caere Corp has reported fourth quarter net profits down 92.5% at $164,000 on turnover that fell 20.5% to $9.8m; net losses for the year to December 31 were $1.0m after a charge of $834,000 from discontinuation of a product line, against profits of $7.4m last time, on turnover down 22.1% to $33.2m. Net per share fell 90% to $0.02 in the quarter.
