Electronic Information Systems has reported fourth quarter net profits down 75.8% at $426,000 on turnover up 24.8% at $14.6m; net profit for the year to December 31 was up 46% at $4.7m on turnover that rose 30.9% to $50.7m. Net per share, off 81% to $0.05 in the quarter, rose 18% to $0.58 in the year. The figures include those of International Telesystem Corp from its acquisition in November.
