Lattice Semiconductor Corp has reported third quarter net profits up 9.7% to $5.1m on turnover that rose 4.7% at $28.6m; net profit for the nine months was up 39.1% at $33.3m on turnover that rose 33.3% to $96.1m. Net earnings per share, adjusted for a three-for-two split in July, rose 8% to $0.27 in the quarter, 34.8% to $0.89 in the nine months.
