Network General Corp saw fourth quarter net down 7.8% at $2.2m, after a non-recurring charge of $4.9m, on turnover up 37.0% at $33,9m; net profit for the year to March 31 was up 30.4% at $11.3m, after a non-recurring charge of $5.7m, on turnover up 32.9% to $114.9m. Net per share fell 16.7% to $0.10 in the quarter, but rose 20% to $0.53 in the year. Comparisons are made against restated figures.
