Wind River Systems Inc, Alameda, California-based real-time operating system developer, has reported fourth quarter net losses of $7.2m down from profits last time of $4.3m on revenue up 41.4% at $28m; net profits for the year to January 31 were down 56.8% at $4.9m on revenue that rose 44.4% to $92.4m. Net earnings per share fell 60.5% to $0.17 in the year. The company made a $15.2m charge in the fourth quarter resulting from a license with Network Computer Inc, and Objective Software Technology Ltd.
