Wave Technologies International Inc, St. Louis-based developer of information technology training products, reported fourth-quarter net income of $586,000, or $0.15 per share, on revenue up 36% at $8.8m, up from income of $180,000, or $0.05 per share, a year ago. For the year, net income was $1.5m, or $0.39 per share, on revenue up 26% at $30.8m, compared to a loss of $724,000 in fiscal 1996.
