US Long Distance Corp, San Antonio, Texas provider of business telecommunications services, reported third-quarter net income of $1.1m, or $0.07 per share, on revenue up 29% at $60.1m, up from net income of $107,000 a year ago. Nine-month net income was $3.7m, or $0.22 per share, on revenue up 25% at $162m, compared to a net loss of $1.2m. Results for the quarter and year include a one-time after-tax charge of $734,000.
