COMPANY RESULT: TSI INTERNATIONAL SOFTWARE LTD

TSI International Software Ltd, the Wilton, Connecticut-based business application integration company, has reported fourth quarter net profits up 187% at $3.1m on revenues up 85.7% at $14.8m; net profits for the year to December 31 were up 188.5% at $7.1m on revenues that rose 69.9% to $45.3m. Net earnings per share rose 150% to $0.25 in the quarter, up 106% to $0.60 in the year.
