Tricord Systems Inc, Plymouth, Minnesota-based storage management software house, has reported a third-quarter net loss of $234,000 on revenue down 61.3% at $2.6m, compared to a loss of $1.0m a year ago. Nine-month net loss was $1.5m on revenue down 69.3% at $3.3m, against a loss of $10.7m last year. Nine-month results include a one-time real estate gain of $195,000. Year-ago results for the nine-month period include total one-time charges of $3.3m from inventory write-downs and other actions, as well as a one- time gain of $1.0m.
