Tektronix Inc has reported fourth quarter net profits up 30.9% at $36.9m on revenue up 10.8% at $543.9m; net profits for the year to May 31 were up 15.3% at $114.8m on revenue that rose 9.7% to $1,940.1m. Net earnings per share rose 29.1% to $1.11 in the quarter, up 16.0% to $3.48 in the year.
