Security Dynamics Technologies Inc, Bedford, Massachusetts-based network and data security software company, reported fourth quarter net income down 54% at $7.1m on revenues up 14% at $46.9m; net income for the year was down 19% at $19m on revenues up 22% at $171.3m. Net earnings per share fell 53% to $0.08 in the quarter, down 22% to $0.45 in the year. á
