COMPANY RESULT: PLATINUM SOFTWARE CORP

Platinum Software Corp has reported third quarter net profits of $0.6m against losses last time of $14.5m on revenue up 67.5% at $14.0m; nine-month net losses were $1.9m down from losses last time of $30.0m on revenue up 20.6% at $37.5m. Per share was $0.03 in the quarter.
