COMPANY RESULT: PC DOCS GROUP INTERNATIONAL INC

PC Docs Group International Inc, Toronto-based provider of document management software, has reported second-quarter net income up 184% at $1.9m on revenue up 52.5% at $30.5m. Six-month net income rose 102% to $2.1m on revenue up 49.1% at $55.6m. Earnings per share rose 140% to $0.12 for the quarter and 85.7% to $0.13 for the six months. Results for the quarter include a pre-tax gain of $1.7m from the reversal of restructuring charges. Figures were converted at a rate of C$1.493 to the dollar.
