Oce-van der Grinten has reported fourth quarter net profits up 67.6% at $35.8m on sales up 52.2% at $579.6m; net profits for the year to November 30 rose 56.5% at $979.8m on sales up 42.3% to $2,322.0m. Net per share rose 34.0% to $1.04 in the quarter, 36.4% to $3.12 in the year. Figures were converted at $0.5780 to the Dutch Gilder.
