Netspeak Corp, Boca Raton, Florida-based internet telephony company, has reported a fourth-quarter net loss of $3.3m on revenue down 11.5% at $1.6m, up from a loss of $1.8m in the year- ago period. For the year, net loss was $12.1m on revenue up 44.2% at $7.7m, against a loss of $5.1m last year. Full-year results include a one-time charge of $383,000.
