COMPANY RESULT: LG ELECTRONICS INC

LG Electronics Inc, the South Korean consumer electronics company has reported net profits for the six months to June 30 up 40.0% at the equivalent of $122.5m on revenue that rose 19.6% to $4,919.2m. Figures have been converted at the rate of 0.001118 Korean Won to the Dollar.
