COMPANY RESULT: IPC INFORMATION SYSTEMS INC

IPC Information Systems Inc, New York-based multimedia communications specialists, reported second-quarter net income down 66% at $1.2m, or $0.12 per share, on revenue up 6% at $66.2m. Midterm net income was off 75% at $1.8m, or $0.17 per share, on revenue up 3% at $125.6m. Results for the quarter include a one-time charge of $0.04 per share.
