COMPANY RESULT: HAYES MICROCOMPUTER PRODUCTS INC

Hayes Microcomputer Products Inc has reported a second-quarter loss of $2.5m on revenue down 19% at $55.7m, up from a loss of $288,000 a year ago. Six-month net loss was $7.8m on revenue down 35% at $94.9m, compared to net income of $5.2m a year ago.
