COMPANY RESULT: GROUPE BULL SA

French IT manufacturer Groupe Bull SA has reported net profits for the year to December 31, 1998, down 2.4% at $3m on revenue that rose 1.4% to $3.8m. At the operating level, profits were up 1.1% at $42m.
