Dialogic Corp, the Parsipanny, New Jersey maker of computer telephony components, has reported fourth quarter net profits down 4.7% at $7m on revenues up 7.7% at $77.8m; net profits for the year to December 31 were up 68.4% at $36.6m on revenues that rose 12.3% to $293.5m. Net earnings per share fell 2.2% to $0.43 in the quarter, up 68.7% to $2.21 in the year. This years income includes $14m after-tax gain from sale of a subsidiary and $4.7m charge for write-down of certain impaired assets.
