Dense-Pac Microsystems Inc, the Garden Grove, California specialist in three-dimensional DRAM technology which was recently sued by Simple Technology Inc for patent infringement, has reported a second-quarter net loss of $2.7m on revenue down 39.2% at $2.8m, compared to net income of $507,200, or $0.03 per share a year ago. Six-month net loss was $3.4m on revenue down 37.9% at $5.0m, against a loss of $191,100 last year. Results for the quarter include $1.1m in inventory and property write-downs associated with discontinued operations.
