COMPANY RESULT: COMPUTRON SOFTWARE INC

Computron Software Inc, the Rutherford, New Jersey-based provider of client/server business and maintenance software, has reported fourth quarter net profits of $343,000 up from a loss of $2.2m on revenues down 2% at $17.5m; net losses for the year to December 31 1998 were $9.0m down from losses of $13.6m on revenues that fell 6% to $63.5m. Net earnings per share rose to $0.01 in the quarter.
