Computer Horizons Corp, Mountain Lakes, New Jersey-based information technology services company, has reported fourth- quarter net income up 68.3% at $13.6m on revenue up 43.6% at $143m. For the year, net income rose 77.6% to $43.6m on revenue up 47% at $514.9m. Earnings per share rose 61.5% to $0.42 for the quarter and 58.8% to $1.35 for the year. Results for the quarter include a $4.2m gain on the sale of a joint venture, while results for the full year also include a $4.3m merger-related charge. Year ago-results for both periods include merger-related charges of $976,000.
