Comcast Corp, the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-based cable television and telecommunications company, has reported a second quarter net loss of $37.4m down from a profit last time of $16.8m on revenue up 25.2% at $1.18bn. Midterm net losses were $102.1m up from losses last time of $17.8m on revenue up 22.1% at $2.32bn. The Company acquired Scripps Cable and E! Entertainment in November 1996 and March 1997, respectively.
