COMPANY RESULT: CDNOW INC

CDnow Inc, Fort Washington, Pennsylvania-based online music retailer, has reported a fourth-quarter net loss of $12.9m on revenue up 164% at $20.9m, compared to a loss of $6.6m in the year-ago period. For the full year, net loss was $43.8m on revenue of $56.4m, against a loss of $10.7m on revenue of $17.4m last year. Results for the quarter include a $500,000 charges associated with moving the company’s headquarters.
