Boundless Corp, the Hauppauge, New York-based maker of network computers, has reported fourth-quarter net income down 28.2% at $2.2m on revenue down 18.8% at $21.9m. For the full year, net income rose remained flat at $4.4m on revenue down 8.2% at $90.2m. Earnings per share fell 15.5% to $0.49 for the quarter, and rose 4.7% to $0.90 for the year. Results for the quarter included a one-time charge of $95,000.
