Boston Technology Inc, Wakefield, Massachusetts-based voice and Internet messaging specialist, has reported third quarter net profits up 74.8% at $7.3m on revenue up 29.9% at $68.6m; nine-month net rose 170.3% to $23.8 on revenue up 52.5% at $198.3m. Net earnings per share rose 66.7% to $0.25 in the quarter and increased by 162.5% to $0.84 in the nine months.
