COMPANY RESULT: BAAN COMPANY NV

Baan Company NV, the Barneveld, Netherlands and Reston, Virginia ERP vendor, has reported fourth quarter net losses of $294.7m down from profits of $29.1m on revenues down 39.1% at $131.1m; net losses for the year to December 31 were $315.1m down from profits of $77.1 on revenues that rose 8.2% to $735.6m.
