COMPANY RESULT: ADMIRAL PLC

Admiral Plc, the UK-based IT services company, has reported net profits for the year to December 31 up 42.1% at 16m pounds on revenue that rose 25.5% to 147.1m pounds. At the pre-tax level, profits were up 33.7% at 23.4m pounds. Earnings per share rose 42.2% to 24.9 pence.
