COMPANIES IN NO HURRY TO GET INTO SOUTH AFRICA

The likes of IBM Corp and Xerox Corp are in no hurry to get back into South Africa, fearing future political problems – and no doubt it will take a decade for the insular US local authorities with their own blacklists to get the message that anything at all has changed.
