Compagnie des Machines Bull SA has reorganised its mainframe factory at Angers, France into two autonomous divisions, one responsible for the assembly of DPS 7 mainframe and DPX/20 Unix systems and the other, now to be called Bull Electronics Europe, to handle the manufacture and sale of circuit boards: before the reorganization, the factory had a unit responsible for the sale of boards within and without Bull, but all other activity at the factory was integrated, said a Bull spokeswoman; the change does not represent creation of an independent company, since the plant already has its own profit & loss statement.
