The acquisition of French computer systems house Cisi SA (CI No 3,120) will not dilute earnings of Compagnie des Signaux SA, the latter’s chairman, Yazid Sabeg, said. Signaux will financially and industrially restructure Cisi, which has been making losses for several years.
