Communication Intelligence Corp, the Redwood Shores, California pen-based computing tools specialist, now expects to file a proposed plan of reorganisation and disclosure statement this week: the bankruptcy court granted interim authority for the company to enter into a secured financing and to draw down $250,000 of a total of $1m made available.
