Pen input technology specialist Communication Intelligence Corp, Redwood Shores, California is out of Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. It says the plan of reorganisation received overwhelming acceptance by all shareholders and creditor classes, and each shareholder gets a warrant good for one new share at 50 cents until December 15 for every two shares owned, underwritten as to $5m of the $6.8m.
