Menlo Park, California-based Communication Intelligence Corp and Samsung Electronic Co Ltd have jointly announced the signing of a licensing agreement for Samsung to use Communication’s Handwriter Multi-lingual Recognition System, Multiple Operating Environment Interfaces, PenDOS Pen-Based Operating Environment and Handwriter On-Line Dynamic Signature Verification System: the agreement enables existing standard MS-DOS applications to be used on the South Korean’s new PenMaster 80386-based notepad micro.
