Rosemont, Illinois-based Comdisco Inc is at the receiving end of yet another lawsuit from IBM Corp. The leasing company says that the new complaint contains allegations similar to the ones in the existing Delaware lawsuit in connection with identified transactions – more than half of which had been the subject of the original Delaware complaint, but were dropped without explanation by IBM in July 1991, and that the majority involve machines already returned to IBM Credit Corp.
