Comdisco Inc, Rosemont, Illinois has agreement in principle to acquire NetforceMTI Inc, a privately-held professional network services firm in Minneapolis in a share exchange. Financial terms were not disclosed. At the same time, Comdisco announced formation of a new business division, Comdisco Network Services under Mark Johnson, founder and chief executive of NetforceMTI. NetforceMTI estimates sales for fiscal 1995 to October 31 at $20m. Comdisco says it plans to hire all 60 of NetforceMTI’s employees, the majority of which are based in Minneapolis.
