COMCAST CELLULAR WINS ACCEPTANCES FOR ITS OFFER FOR AMERICAN CELLULAR

The Comcast Cellular Corp subsidiary of cable television operator Comcast Corp, Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania has won 90% acceptances for its $25 a share offer for American Cellular Inc of Atlantic City, New Jersey, valuing the firm at $230m.
