CombineNet, a provider of advanced sourcing technologies, has introduced ASAP 4.4 offering (advanced sourcing application platform) with new features and enhancements, to deliver speed and efficiencies.
CombineNet said that the new version of ASAP is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sourcing offering that helps procurement organisations capture more spend under management, reduce costs, improve sourcing decisions, and increase buyer productivity.
ASAP 4.4 includes new functionality to improve buyer efficiency in creation and management of sourcing events; RFI configuration wizard which simplifies configuration of online RFIs for supplier evaluation and assessment; and an improved supplier communications.
In addition, the new version includes performance improvements for data uploads, quicker optimisation time for complex analysis scenarios, and an expanded library of online training and page-level help documentation.
CombineNet president and COO Rich Wilson said that the new release of ASAP addresses the needs of sourcing organisations that want efficient offerings to drive significant cost reductions by managing a greater portion of their enterprise-wide spend.
