The Dayton, Ohio-based Com-Med Systems Inc subsidiary of Comnet Corp has launched Medical Records for IBM Corp’s AS/400: the system automates patient assessment, patient care plans, documentation for each professional discipline, physician orders, clinical statistics and scheduling of required visits by all clinical professionals; the software package sells for $35,000.
